Waiting For My Calling

That was the year I got left at the altar, it was the year I got knocked out by a crazed bartender, the year I got fired, the year I got beat up by a goat, a girl goat at that, and damn it if it wasn’t the best year of my life. This week at work has been the slowest it’s been in months. I wish I could say it was nice, but it makes the day just drag by. Match has been feeling it too since he’s just doing his unpaid internship and waiting for his new job to give him a start date. They’re taking forever and it’s driving us both nuts. Match really wants us to move North, maybe to Oregon or even Washington, but there just aren’t any jobs there. I love our little duplex and I’m happy in the town we’re in, but I am definitely ready for a change of career. Continue reading Waiting For My Calling
