We Want to Know Wednesdays-Tattoos & Sitcoms

Jill: Tim, do you ever listen to me? It was the last thing that I said in bed to you last night.
Tim: No, I believe, if you recall, the last thing you said to me in bed last night was “no!”
Jill: You’re thinking of tonight. –Home Improvement

1. What game show have you always thought you could be on and totally WIN!

I like to think I could win Don’t Forget the Lyrics but sometimes I make little mistakes on words and I would probably get booed off the stage. But I do have an uncanny ability to memorize song lyrics. If only I could have memorized school work that easily. I would have been a genius!

2. Do you have a tattoo(s)? What are they and what made you chose them? If not, would you get one, yes/no/why?

I do not have a tattoo, but I am seriously considering getting the one Match has. It’s the kids from “Hug-o-war” by Shel Silverstein. I would get it on the back of my neck like he has. He always tells people it represents the two of us (even though he got it long before he met me. I think it’s still sweet that he says that!) It would be pretty cute to have matching tattoos. I’m still a little needle shy, but I may take the plunge in the next few months.

3. What is your favorite piece of jewelry that you own?

Definitely my wedding ring. It’s the only piece of jewelry I consistently wear.  Our wedding vows included this beautiful ring ceremony where we talked about exactly what our rings symbolize and every time I look at it I remember those promises. Plus he did a great job picking it out and it is just so darn pretty!

4. What is your driving pet peeve(s)?

UGH I have so many. Mostly people that don’t pay attention, cut people off, drive wrecklessly, and TEXT. Get off your mother fing phone toolbags. Sorry I have road rage.
5. What was your favorite sitcom growing up that you wish was still on?

Friends was by far my favorite show from the 90s. But I didn’t actually get into the show until I was in college, so I can’t count that as my favorite show growing up. I would have to say Home Improvement. It was a cute family comedy and I remember cozying up on the couch and watching Tim Allen be his goofy self with my family. I had the biggest crush on JTT too. I even wrote to him when I was little. Yes, I was that dork.
