Todd Zarnecki: Who is it?
Sheldon: Your doom!
Raj: Don’t say “Your doom”. Who opens the door for their doom?
Sheldon: Good point. [to the door] Basket of puppies.-The Big Bang Theory
Today I’m checking in with two fellow dog lovers: Impulsive Addict and Seriously Shawn
I had a less than exciting weekend. Having to take it easy per doctor’s orders meant a huge butt print in my couch and way too much computer/tv time. So this Tuesday I wanted to talk about my first baby, my fur baby Monkey.
You can’t say dogs aren’t intuitive. I think he knows about Roo.

Look at Monkey snuggling up to my belly.
I can’t wait to see how he’ll react when I start showing. He’s going to be such a good big brother.

that’s so cute. Maybe he can hear the baby inside? Are babies like dog whistles?

I’ve always believed dogs to be very intuitive – and here’s proof!
It’ll be fun to see how he reacts as you start showing…wonder if he’ll think it’s his own perfect pillow?

Too freaking cute! The first time the Dr tells you to ‘take it easy’ it is kinda nice…until you realize all the shit it means you absolutely cannot do. When I was pregnant with my second there were some complications and the Dr told me I couldn’t vacuum which I thought was great until I realized what a pain it was to try to get the husband to do it.

That is too cute! He’s an adorable fur baby. I agree, I think dogs have some special sense to know when something different is happening.

Congrats on being pregnant!
I posted a similar picture yesterday. My little Vinnie loves to lay by and on my belly. He’s going to be the best big brother. The other day I asked him where his baby sister was and he looked at my tummy. So sweet!
